TV series Dogs in the Wild: Meet the Family has just been launched by the BBC.
This is the first series to concentrate solely on the family of dogs in the wild that has been produced by BBC Studios’ Natural History Unit. Narrated by Chris Packham, this 3 x 60-minute series will feature astonishing cinematography, together with emotional and immersive storytelling around the remarkable members of one 37-strong family of wild dogs.
João Paulo Krajewski was the director of photography for two sequences in the series about the maned wolf, alongside assistant Augusto Gomes. The team recorded a sequence about the behavior of the species, for Episode 1, and another about research on the species, which included the participation of Rogério Cunha de Paula and other researchers from the Pró-Carnívoros Institute.
