Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of João Paulo Krajewski, by the company Natural History Brazil, headquartered at Rua Eugenio Passos, 101, Andar 01 Sala 02-A Centro, Itatiba, SP, CEP 13250-260, and with distribution center on Rua do Melão 96 Santa Inês Itu-Sp 13312-460, Brazil, hereinafter simply referred to as João Paulo Krajewski, and, on the other hand, the customer, qualified at the time of purchase of João Paulo Krajewski’s products, hereinafter re-ferred to simply as Customer.
Whereas João Paulo Krajewski sells products and services over the internet; Considering the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered by João Paulo Krajewski (“Products”) in its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services from the João Paulo Krajewski website.
- Confidentiality: it is the responsibility of the Mercado Pago and PayPal checkout sites to pre-serve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process. The website’s security is audited and guaranteed against hackers.
- II. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service to resolve their doubts, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be activated by telephone or through a form on the website.
III. Delivery policy: the deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase proce-dure, counted in working days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may take place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
III.I – The Customer is responsible for checking the adequacy of the product dimensions, that must ensure that they are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corri-dors of the delivery location. The assembly or disassembly of the product, transport by stairs and/or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries will not be carried out.
III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the informed location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is essential that, at the re-quested address, there must be a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carry-ing an identification document to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the João Paulo Krajewski Dis-tribution Center.
III.III – After completing the order, it is not possible to change the method of payment and/or de-livery address, request an advance or even priority of delivery.
III.IV – The delivery period informed during the Product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuance process and the product preparation time. At each update in the delivery status of the order, João Paulo Krajewski’s system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.
III.V – The delivery freight cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimen-sions of the Product.
III.VI – João Paulo Krajewski does not authorize the carrier to: enter the domicile; deliver by alter-native means (example: lifting product by window); perform product installation or maintenance; open the product packaging; deliver to an address different from the one listed in DANFE; make delivery to minors or without identification document.
III.VII – João Paulo Krajewski is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when this is exclusively due to the customer’s pending issues, therefore, it is necessary for him to appear at the tax office for the goods to be released, considering that in these cases the information re-garding releases and payments is only passed on to interested parties.
- Right of repentance: the Customer will be entitled to exercise the right to repent of the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be ob-served: the period for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to João Paulo Kra-jewski in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), the manual and all its accessories.
IV.I – The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, under the topic “cancel order”. Expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be borne by João Paulo Krajewski.
IV.II – After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, João Paulo Krajewski will check if the above mentioned conditions have been met. If so, it will provide a refund of the total purchase amount.
IV.III – For credit card payments, the credit card company will be notified and the refund will oc-cur on the next or subsequent invoice, at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement period and also the collection of the remaining installments af-ter the full reversal of the Product value on the Customer’s credit card carried out by João Paulo Krajewski, is the responsibility of the card company. In the event of collection of future install-ments by the card company, the Customer will not be encumbered, since João Paulo Krajewski, as mentioned above, reverses the full amount of the Product in a single time, with the credit for the refund granted in full by card company on the billing invoice subsequent to the month of can-cellation.
IV.IV – For purchases paid with a bank slip or debit account, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer’s checking account, which must be indi-vidual. It is necessary that the fiscal number (CPF in Brazil or equivalent for other countries) of the current account holder.
